HOW TO RESPECT YOURSELF
How to respect yourself

1. Stop chasing people who aren’t checking for you. Your energy deserves better.

2. You don’t need to beg for love, attention, or respect. You’re not meant to beg for what’s meant for you.

3. Learn to say less. Protect your peace with silence.

4. If someone crosses a line, let them know. Silence isn't always strength.

5. If you’re always the one eating from others’ pots, something’s off. Balance matters.

6. Reduce visits to people who never show up for you. You’re not a one-way street.

7. Pour into yourself. Buy that book, take that course, go for that spa day. You deserve it.

8. Gossip is noise. Don’t let it live rent-free in your mind.

9. Think before you speak. People listen more than you realize—and they remember.

10. Show up looking like someone who knows their worth. Because you do.

11. Focus on building something real. Nothing hits like results.

12. Your time is precious. Protect it like your future depends on it—because it does.

13. If a relationship drains you more than it fills you, it’s okay to leave. Peace is priceless.

14. Spend on yourself, guilt-free. You teach people how to treat you.

15. Be less available. Let people feel your absence.

16. Give without expecting but don’t let it always be one-sided.

17. Respect spaces. Go where you’re wanted and know when to leave.

18. The golden rule is still gold: treat others how you want to be treated.

19. If they don’t return your two missed calls, move on. You’re not hard to reach.

20. Show up sharp. Whatever you do, be good at it. Excellence speaks loud.
